Characters:
unit-component, no solvent and low viscosity, colorless, clear liquid. Spread easily and the need for unit area is only 1-2 drops.
Applications:
It is unit-compose adhesive with no solvent. Do not need add catalyst and heat and press. It can solidify itself under room temperature within several seconds, suitable to automatic pipelining. Cyanoacrylate monomer was synthesized and used as the main component of an instant adhesive by formulating with proper modifiers and stablizers. The improvement of shear strength, heat-resistance and water-resistance of the prepared adhesive was studied.
