We are having state of the art plant, having a covered area of 5,000 sq. ft. with Dust Free Air Cooled Plant with two manufacturing facilities, one is located at Faridabad (Haryana) and second plant is in Bangalore (Karnataka).
At present we are manufacturing the following machineries:
• Line Carton Machine for Liquids, Powders and Granules.
• Brick Pack Machine.
• Vertical Form Fill and Sealing Machine with various Dozing systems.
• High Speed Automatic Horizontal Form Fill Sealing Machine with stand-up pouch making facility with spout fixing attachment.
• Automatic Horizontal Small Sachet Machine to pack Cream, Tooth Paste, Hair Gel and Shaving Cream etc. with spout fixing attachment.
We are having state of the art Design Department with AUTO-CAD facility. We have approved venders for manufacturing precision component, parts etc. as per our Design and Drawings. We check these components / spare parts as per BIS Standard thereafter, we take up into the assembly line.
We are also having in-house Paint Shop, Blackening Shop and Electro-plating Shop etc. to give aesthetic look into the machine.
In our Electrical / Electronic Lab we are Designing, Developing and Assembling Electronic / Electrical panels for our Packaging Machineries.
Our Machines are excepted through out the Globe and we have installed and commissioned more then 200 machines companies like M/s Unilever, Egypt, M/s Lever Brothers, Bangladesh, M/s Heinz, Philippines, M/s Nestle, Switzerland, M/s P&G, Singapore, M/s Reckitt & Beckanger etc.
Apart from overseas customers, we are regular suppliers of Indian companies like M/s Dabur, M/s NDDB, M/s Emami, M/s Wipro, M/s MDH Masala, M/s TATA Tetley Marvel Tea, M/s Weikfield, M/s Milkfood, M/s Parag, M/s Paras M/s Mother Dairy, M/s Milk Specialities Ltd.
