ZJA Series High Efficiency Double Stage Vacuum Oil Purifier: -
Usage:
The machine adopting the unique arts and the world advanced technology, be used in the electric power, generating plant, power company, metallurgy, landification, machinery, communication, railway etc. Mainly used in large scale 110KV transport voltage device and national transformer substation, maintain of the new oil, imported oil and super HV transformer oil and large substation’s transformer, additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil, shortening the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer. Especially used in the area where is more than 500 meters of elevation above sea level.
Feature:
The index of the products all higher than the national standards, compared with the singe stage vacuum oil purifier, this machine is more better and faster in dewatering, degassing and trash extraction and the limited oil breakdown voltage is more high. The breakdown voltage will be add more than 35KV, reduce the harmful of the oil becoming old with the repeatedly heating.
High speed double stage vacuum, can improve the vacuum degree in the tank utmost, reaching the limited vacuum=5Pa, working vacuum=35Pa. Keep the temperature invariable, to satisfied the need of the vacuum when installation and maintain machinery, cut down the dealing time of the oil reaction.
Unique system of dewatering and desaeration, duplex space solid flash evaporator can quickly evaporate water, adopt UK technology can efficiently eliminate dissolved water etc. Minim water content.
If link the waste oil regeneration machinery, can accelerate the disacidification, decoloring, reduce the dielectric loss and acid number, so the insulating strength will be increased.
