Automatic Winding Machine For Film Capacitor: -
This series machine is an automatic winding capacitor. It is developed to wind miniaturesize metallized film capacitor.
The material supply is 2 aluminum foils
and 4 metallized films (single metal face).
The seal winding film is to burn off the metallized film by demetalizing device. So the inner and outer winding material is not necessary.
This series machine has automatic tension control with DC servo motor for keeping constant tension and a center film system for pulling out the winding mandrel from the capacitor smoothly.
