The firm is based in Delhi and has its registered office at Kothi No.161, Block A-2, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063. The firm is currently managed by partners CA Akhil Kundra and CA Swati Kundra.

The firm helps the new entrepreneurs in incorporation of a Company and compliances and registration under various laws & statutes. The endeavor is to facilitate the client concentrate on core business activities without worrying about the legal compliances.
2. Setting up of Accounting Systems/ Evaluation of existing system:
The most difficult task for any organization, new or existing is to track the accounting flows and to identify and plug any loopholes that may lead to frauds. With our professional approach and expertise we help new enterprises in setting up of accounting systems with inbuilt Internal Controls. We provide advisory services to enterprises in designing and implementing the Accounting systems and designing MIS for the management.
3. Internal and Statutory Audit
We take Internal & External audit assignments including Statutory Audit, Concurrent audits, Tax audit, etc. The audits are conducted well within the scope of work and within the given timelines.
4. Consultancy
In addition to audits, we undertake consultancy assignments, involving financial reviews, writing accounts, undertaking specialized projects, etc.
5. ERP Audit
Our team has members who have implemented ERP in organizations and therefore they are well aware of the logics and functioning in ERP environment. We specialize in conducting ERP audits for the clients. We also provide consultancy during the designing and Implementation phase of ERP system.
