Phenolic Paper Laminated sheet ( also known as: paper based phenolic laminate, paper reinforced phenolic, bakelite board sheet, bakelite plate, phenol laminate, back-up board, phenolic sheet, phenol resin paper, phenolic resin paper based laminate, phenolic resin cellulose paper base laminated sheet ) is comprised of a phenolic resin binder and a saturating kraft paper substrate.
This is a general purpose grade with superior electrical, mechanical properties and is easy to process. Widely used as insulating structural parts of machinery and electric equipments, such as switchgear, punch component, terminal strip, washers and other electrical components.
