Heart of semi automatic machine is its heating zone/conveyor. Peoples are facing many problems with culpi heater as well as rotary conveyor which run by geared motor. From our first machine we are supplying only pneumatic control square conveyor. (As like sidle SBO fully automatic machine)
Our Heating zone/conveyor contain:-
* Heater (2000W) -1120mm long infrared heaters which are double in length than normal heaters. Traveling area of preform is double than normal machine. Preforms move through a long heating gadget. Preform gets sufficient heat without becoming white. This heaters hang with adjustable pin holder, heater can adjust as per shape & length of preform. Noramlly peoples are facing problem to blow more wall thickness preform,you can blow more than 4mm wall thickness preform only in our machines.
* PMDC motor – this motor control self rotation speed of preform.For better quality it is essential that preform should get perfect heat in internal part of prefrom body/wall.
* Realing & clapper – we are providing M.S.realing as a base for nylon clapper & mandrels, advantage of this realing is preform move in 90 % Celsius from heating zone which avoids wallthikness variation of bottle.
* Pneumatic cylinders – There are 4 pneumatics cylinders in each corner of conveyor. This cylinder controls speed of conveyor with perfect accuracy as per requirement of heating gadget. It helps conveyor in working smoother & faster.
* Blower - Maintain temperature of heating zone. For better stretch ratio preform should get equal heat to its Inner wall. It protect preform outer surface from burning.
* Neck Cooling System - We provide Integrated Water cooling System with one inlet & one outlet for this conveyor.
Our blowing unit contains:-
* Hydro pneumatic locking system - We provide Hydro pneumatic locking system which avoids parting line visibility material. Except Lucifer valve we purchase all Pneumatic cylinder & valve from Mercury Pneumatics.
* Microprocessor - This blow unit is equipped with built-in automatic microprocessor, with 40 moulds memory PLC. Microprocessor from Sarika Technologies.
* Valves - Pressure reduction adjustable valve controls the speed of the stretching & die operations. Built-in Silencer helps to exhaust excessive compressed air.
* Stretching Unit:- This stretching unit is advance than old regular casting unit. Peoples are facing problem of casting breckages, consumption of air for stretching unit is reduced by 30%.Adjustment of stretching unit is as per mould alignment is now become very easy & simple compare to old heavy casting unit.
