History of the establishment : This is an unlisted Public Limited Company established in 1986 and the promoters are Bajoria Group from Kolkata. The total share holdings of the company are held by the Bajoria Family.
Mr.A.K.Bajoria put his first foot forward & slowly but steadily into the AUTOMOBILE TUBE \ FLAP manufacturing. The man behind the success of this Company Mr.A.K.Bajoria is a Graduate with an experience of 20 years in this field at various challenging assignment.
Year of Start of Operations : The Company has started it’s manufacturing activities in 1987 at Sinnar Taluka Industrial Co.op. Estate Ltd , Sinnar , Dist . Nashik , about 250 KM from Mumbai. Maharashtra State. The manufacturing unit having a land area of seven acres and building coverage of over 60000 sq. ft. having the main plant , utility , flap unit separately.

Nature of products / services offered : We have a 100 % buy back arrangement with Ceat Ltd. , India’s leading tyre manufacturing Company , since incorporation of the Company. We produce inner Butyl Rubber Tubes including Radial tubes & natural rubber flaps for automotive tyres like Truck , Buses , Passenger Car , Jeeps , light commercial vehicles , tractors etc. Besides India , we have supplied tubes for Ceat’s export requirement also.

We are already registered with MSRTC , Mumbai. During last few months , we have supplied tubes to MSRTC at their various depots. Recently we have received a rate contract from MSRTC for supply of E.P.D.M.Rubber Flaps 9.00x20 .
