We are service providers based in Mumbai, India & London. ARA has been involved in the trade of commodities in the International Market for over 5 years dealing in various Commodities ranging form Agricultural products to Metals, Minerals, Precious Stones and Antiques.
ARA has a large Client base here in India and has expanded its operations overseas with their main markets being European Countries, Middle Eastern Countries, and China. We are actively involved in the sourcing of material/products for various companies based in India. Presently, we are active in the trade of Minerals and Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals-(HMS 1/2, Used Rails, HMS 1, Aluminum Coils, Powder and Sheets, SS products /copper Scrap).We source our material from the local Indian market as well as markets worldwide.
ARA has a large network for the procurement and distribution of products. We work on small margins in order to make the transaction a viable win win situation for all involved. We strive to assure the clients -Buyers / Sellers - workable market prices with emphasis on the procedure, terms and transparency of the transaction. As long as the enquiries are genuine we are open to direct negotiations between the buyers and being in place as we are keen on maintaining our credibility as well as that of the parties involved.
ARA has tie ups with Indian Government Trading houses /Facilitators, allowing us to
combine our strengths in order to assist genuine buyers in terms of procurement of material with minimal risk of non performance.

Aditya Rajput: Managing Director
Aditya Rajput has had an incredible history of trading.
He founded Global Impex Uk.Inc.Ltd. And has developed the company from strength to strength. He completed his B Sc. from Mumbai University, India, after which he migrated to the UK to work as a Management Executive for a UK textile trading company. After gaining enough experience, he then started A.R.A. Ltd and has held the position of Managing Director since the inception of the company.
He is also an active member of the Rajasthan, U.P., and other Indian Communities in the UK, and has held many community functions. He also believes in aiding charitable organizations and has supported the
Shri Venkateswara (Balaji) Temple UK, (where he was Active coordinator) ISKON and other Indian social organizations in the UK and India.

Global Impex Uk.Inc.Ltd. was started on 4 November 1997 trading in textiles, Construction, and then soft commodities.
ARA began dealing in metals during the 1998’s and since then has been trading in primary non-ferrous metals, but also still active in other such areas such as Software Development, Advertising & Email Marketing in India and London.
However, with our excellent experience in trading in metals, ARA has built up good rapports with various government bodies, and has led to us supplying to India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan in addition to other public limited and private companies.
Due to our dealings and relationships with the trade community and rising success, ARA Pvt. Ltd was initiated as an associate member of the London Metal Exchange in 1999. This has led to strong support from fellow associates whilst trading in Europe as both suppliers and consumers.
