Grinding Ball :-
Our balls are used to assist in the extraction processes for many metal such as gold, copper, leas, zinc, iron, nickel, tin and silver.
We could offer you high quality grinding balls, which are widely used in mining industry. Clients both at home and abroad gave a thumbs-up to our balls.
1- Specification:
(1) Diameter: 20mm to 100mm
(2)Roundness: Spherical with little overfill or under fill within the national standard: GB-8649-88 and YB/T 091-1996
(3)Surface hardness: HRC 55-65
(4) Metallographic structure: Substantially martenistic with some retained Austenite, Bainite & Carbides
(5) Breakage guarantee: - Nil breakages upon delivery
- Less than 1% in normal and correct operation conditions
2- Packing: 1) In steel drums – 200 litre drums (approx. 0.9 MT)
2) In woven bags – 2 MT per bag
Now FEIFAN balls are used in the following countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, S. Africa, England, and Korea etc. |
