The mission of Noah’s East Africa Trails limited is to provide the very best tours in Kenya giving value for money and a unique experience to both visiting and resident Kenyans touring with us. Background Noah’s East African Trails Limited (NEAT) is a Kenyan registered tours and travel agency based in Hurlingham, Nairobi. The directors of NEAT, who are committed belivers, perceived the hands of God in their surroundings in Africa and in particular Kenya and East Africa. Indeed Africa has such an abundance of varieties of flora and fauna that it would be hard for anyone not to acknowledge the appropriateness of describing East Africa as the “Lost Garden of Eden”. There have, of course, been sporadic, but vicious attacks on this heritage by wild men of the human kind, who nearly annihilated the heritage for selfish gain. However, to some significant extent, the peoples of Africa are now beginning to develop a new appreciation of the value of this heritage; many are now going to great lengths to preserve it. With the support of Government, communities such as these are now the chief defenders of the animals and their environment. People make pilgrimages of various types to different destinations in the World. The directors believe that a pilgrimage to East Africa to visit the Wildlife Sanctuaries of East Africa will enable them to “touch base” with their Maker in Heaven
The Company:-
NEAT is an owner-managed family company providing tours and travel related services in East Africa. The company was started in 2002 to provide quality tours, Safaris and other learning experiences at affordable prices. Since formation the company has grown at the rate of 3 – 5 % per annum. Currently, NEAT has 14 staff, including safari guides and driver-guides giving the company the capability to look after up to 500 guests at any one moment. Tours Provided NEAT is able to offer its clients bespoke tours for all budgets. Tailor-made tours and safaris can be customised for individuals, families, groups, incentives and conferences and can be for as few as one or two people. NEAT also has some tour suggestions in a brochure. All tours will have a departure date set to suit the customer. At the low cost end, NEAT can facilitate backpacking packages for student groups operating on a shoe-string budget as well as grand tours of East Africa covering the major Reserves and Resorts. NEAT is also able to offer tours in neighbouring countries including Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. NEAT is able to arrange all aspects of a tour including accommodation, Park Entrance, Internal, Regional and International Airline tickets, ground transportation, and guides for its customers. NEAT’s clients can expect wildlife safaris interspersed with cultural experiences. We select only the finest hotels, lodges, and camps, to reflect NEAT’s own high standards and the spirit of the itinerary in which it is used. Particular attention is given to the services offered, the cuisine and dining experience, the location and the back-up. NEAT customers are guaranteed personal attention from the Meet and Greet, Drivers and Guides. Customers may choose the game drives and the time for these drives. On arrival, visitors to Kenya are met at the Airport by NEAT representative(s), and after their stay they are accompanied to airport. At the Hotel their host for the stay will be available to assist with check-in and brief them for their safari. The host will also assist guests with their every need during their stay including souvenir shopping and appointments. For clients entrusting their customers to NEAT or using NEAT services as incentives NEAT will greet on their behalf and use their “corporate logo” either alongside or in place of NEAT’s own. Should the client wish it, their identity may be concealed. Noah’s East African Trails Ltd is devoted to quality control and ensures that all services are maintained at the highest possible standards.
