Resistant) Pure Oxide Refractories 99% Bricks for high temkperature ceramics/refractory kiln & chemical industry. Mullite Refractories for glass application as well as for high temperature kilns & High RUL Blast Furnace Refractories from Synthetic Mullite aggregates. Zircon based Refractories with low iron for glass Industries. Bauxite based Refractires with low iron for application in Cement rotary kiln, Steel Ladles etc. Silliminite bricks upto 62% Al2O3 for various applications. This division manufactures entire range of Magnesia Carbon Refractories for Furnaces, Magnesite Refractories upto 98% MgO, Direct bonded Magnesite, Magnesite Chrome Bricks & Magnesite Alumina Refractories and Chrome Magnesite Refractories. It also manufactures entire range of basic Ramming Masses, Gunning Masses and basic Castables. Magnesia Carbon Refractories: For L.D. Converters wear out lining, steel Ladles slag line & metal zone, EaF slag zone a Hot Spots, for vaccum ladles furnaces, with superior oxidation and thermal properties. Magnesia Alumina Carbon Refractories: For application in metal zone areas of ladle, Impact is of bottom & other area of high mechanical abrasion. Direct Bonded Magnesite Chrome: For application in critical area of AOD, Cement Rotary Kiln, Chemical industries, Non-Ferrouss Industries (Copper, Zinc, Antimony). Direct Bonded Magnesite Bricks: For application in Glass regenerator, Hot Metal Miners, Lime Calcination Kilns, Electric Arc furnace and Converter safety lining and all other safety lining of ladles. Chrome Magnesite Bricks: for all safety lining application, hearth of reheating furnace in Rolling Mills, heart of Zinc Furnace & various application. C) Monolothic &Amp; Refractory Intermediate Division: It is primarily engaged in the production of high Alumina Castables, low Cement and Ultra low Cement Castables as well conventional Castables, Ramming Mass, Air Setting Mortars, Aggregates etc., the above is packed up by application engineering and after sales service.
