We, Shivranjani Industries are the manufacturer of Grey Cast Iron, having the vast experience in casting manufacturing. Rajkot is very good resource of Grey Cast Iron and Shiv Ranjani Industries is one of the pioneer foundries of the Rajkot with having the experience of making casting for diesel engine, automobile, pump, and textile industries. Our system is approved by BVQI (Bureau Verities Certification (India) Private Limited.) for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.

Our foundry shop is built up with two Cupola furnace, having capacity of 40 tons and 15 tons respectively. Our manufacturing facilities is 200 ton / month. All other manufacturing and testing facilities like sand preparation plant, core making plant are available as per the requirement of a standard foundry for making castings as per the IS / ISO / ASTM / DIN or any other standards

Our casting passes through testing of Carbon silicon analyzer. Hardness is verified by digital hardness tester. Elements, Temperature and hardness is verified each and every heat. Test certificate is also available as per the ISO standards.

We can provide casting from 1 kg to 200 kg or as per customer pattern.

We have also a machine shop with lathe, drill and other required conventional machines. We can provide casting with machining also. We have a facility to check the machined parts with surface plate, height gauge, digital vernier, bore gauge and other testing facilities.
