This is a special purpose shot blasting machine for the blast cleaning of black bars prior to drawing. The traditional pickling process which is highly polluting can be avoided by the use of this machine. The cost of operation is also lower than pickling process. The machines are available in two variants - 1 for round and hex bars which are fed into the machine with a spiral movement and one blast wheel cleans the bar from all sides. 2. for round/hex/square/flats which travel axially and are cleaned by three blast wheels from all the sides.
The machine comes along with entry and exit conveyors with VFD for speed variation, dust collector, control panel and allied ducting. |
