We are an ISO 9001:2000 accredited producer of Aluminium Extrusions with a monthly production capacity of 1800 MT equipped with SIX automated Hydraulic Extrusion Presses of 880 MT,960MT, 1250 MT, 1460MT , 2100 MT and 2250 MT capacity with PLC-controlled robotic puller. For precision die-cutting, the factory is provided with CNC wire cut and EDM spark erosion machines. It has in-house billet casting facilities and is equipped with spectrometer for ensuring strict quality control. A captive power plant ensures uninterrupted supply of power.
We manufacture and cater to the needs of all users’ segments like Building & Architectural, Structural Glazing, Electrical Transmission Lines & Equipments / Hardware, Railway Coach Sections, Electronics and Panel Building Profiles, Motor body, Automotive Components & Appliances, Irrigation Pipes, Defense Equipments, Consumer Durables : Ladders, Tower Bolts, Handles, Venetian Blinds, Standard Profiles etc. and also have facilities for down stream activities of Aluminium Extrusions like Accessories and Hardware for Door & Windows.
