Our mechatronic designing team has acquired good knowledge and expertise in developing electronic controllers for HVAC systems, washing machines, domestic oven sectors, etc. Our HVAC & Appliance Controllers adhere to IEC norms, EMC/EMI tests, etc.
Practicing of good reliability methods like FTA data while designing, carrying out of FMECA, etc., ensures better MTBF & value for the money to our OEMs. Other production methods like “burning-in”, strict adherence to “bath tub curve”, other defect reduction techniques like continuous analysis of field failure, customer feedback, process correction, etc., also reduces production cost. We understand that the cost and cost effectiveness are different terms.
Presevi has segregated our various electronic controllers for HVAC systems into series like A1 series for window air conditioners, A2 for split air conditioners, A3 for package air conditioners, A4 for automobile air conditioners, A5 for telecom.
shelter controllers, A6 for fan coil units, A7 for chiller controller application, A8 for frost free refrigerators and A9 for master-slave configuration with BMS compatibility. The series A-WMT-XX are meant for washing machines. Presevi covers almost all ranges of controllers for HVAC system application including some special ones like controllers for VAV systems, cooling towers, free cooling, humidity, etc.
Our successful design and implementation of various master-slave controllers for package air conditioners, chillers, electro mechanical service for telephone exchanges (integrating MG sets, lighting, fire, energy monitoring, security, etc.) are BMS compatible. Energy saving while maintaining comfort, convenience & cost effectiveness, good payback period, etc., are the main design criteria’s behind all these. Provision of communication ports like RS 485, RS 232, USB, Ethernet with remote monitoring possibility, Password setting, etc., are the other features. A9 series of Presevi could integrate various package air conditioners in individual/ group AHU configuration that could be monitored and controlled by the software PIC MAS using a PC. Chiller controllers, modulating & On/Off valves, various types of fan coil units are other contributions in chiller systems.
