Founded in Aug. 1999, Shenzhen Zhuangzhen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, a legal manufacturer of color monitor, is integrating R&D, production and selling of LCD TV/Monitor.
We have two big sections: factory and the sales department. Our factory, area of 10,000 square metres, is mainly taking charge of R& D and production. The past years witnessed that our company have armed ourselves with a larger production capability of output volume per year, from 0.1 million, 0.6 million to 1 million in 2003; and the demand still exceeds the supply.
As a SGS-ISO9001 (2000) quality management certified enterprise, by strictly compliant with the related procedures, we focus our efforts on improving product quality and promoting after sales. All the adopted raw materials by us are certified to the national security regulations. Moreover, as the well- established brand in China electronics industry, our products are certificate to CCEE\ CE\ FCC\SASO \CCC\CB, and granted the honors of “Product with Quality and Credit Traced” by Committee of State Quality Inspection and “Weightily Protected Product from Fake” by State Quality & Technology Inspection Bureau, and the import/export license.
Equipped with our own brand of AGD, we have set up agents and distributors throughout China and have been keeping a good relationship with them. We improve our service by continuously training professional after-sales personnel for every agent free of charge. In addition, we welcome OEM orders and have been serving as a long term partner of many well-known domestic companies. Now, our products are sold well to Europe, U.S.A, Southeast Asia, East Africa, Middle East, etc.
1. The Production Department: It houses two independent modern production lines including shell processing and overall assembly, the daily output volume reaching 1500 pieces. Strictly compliant with the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system and the Working Instruction concerned, it carries out the quality control to each working procedure. With the tenet of “in order to let the quality visible, the process is key” in mind, we have been keeping in training our staffs technologies and skills.
2. The Development Department: Featuring the strong technical force, it mainly takes charge of the development of new products and new designs, and the solving of problems in the application of techniques. Backed by 15 high-grade engineers, upon the guideline of “independently developing products”, it has successfully developed 16 sorts of 14” to 19” CRT color monitor and 3 sorts of 15” to 17” LCD. Moreover, it has been keeping in developing 4 new designs yearly to meet the market's demands.
3. The Quality Control Department: Doing the i's and cross the t's, it carries out the ISO9001:2000 quality management system, from raw materials arrival, production management, semi-finished products, finished products to finished products delivery. Moreover, it conducts at least twice yearly the internal auditing and management appraisement, thus ensuring the effectiveness of quality-control system.
