A Brief Profile of Mr. B. Ravi Kumar – the Founder
Mr. B. Ravi Kumar is a Chartered Accountant (1984) and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Before starting the firm, he was the controller & CFO of a subsidiary in India of a US company. Prior to his active practice in the beginning of 2004, Mr. Ravi Kumar worked with Bausch & Lomb Eye Care (India) Private Limited, a subsidiary of a US Company as their Controller and CFO.
Mr. Ravi Kumar, after qualifying his Chartered Accountancy, joined Eicher Good Earth Limited at their corporate office in 1984, where he had his initial grounding in the field of Finance and Taxation and matured to Senior Manager Position in 1991. In 1993, he joined Eternit Everest Limited, a Belgian Multinational, in the Senior Management Position. In 1996, he joined Bausch & Lomb India Limited, as Head Finance & Legal. Mr. Ravi Kumar handled various disciplines of Finance and was elevated to the level of General Manager Finance & regulatory affairs, to control and manage the financial and regulatory affairs of Bausch & Lomb Eye Care (India) Private Limited.
