Founded in 2000, Highfine eva case Products. Plant is located in Guangdong Dongguan Fenggang Wulian Industrial Zone, with an area of 2,000m2. It is a machining enterprise specializing the foaming material hot press molding such as EVA. The plant owns a group of experts and technicians with years' experience of EVA heat pressure formation.
After putting into production, the plant introduces the advanced equipments successively. At present, the plant owns the complete set of equipment of EVA hot press molding, including grinder, milling machine, laminating & binding machine, vertical cutting machine, oil press molding machine, and hydraulic cutting machine, etc. We can satisfy all the demands of big order forms from cost control, the speed drawing a design, throughput, and product quality. And the yield of each product can reach 10,000 pieces a day. In technological process, the factory has mastered the hot press forming technique of material, such as EVA, high-foaming, foam, PE board, PP board, ABS, SBR, and EPE, etc, and the inner material of fabrics adopts widely hot press PU, multispandex, nylon cloth, lycra cloth, laminaria, umbrella cloth, BK cloth, and towel cloth, etc. The products by hot press molding are used widely in the fields of satchel, EVA sound bag, draw-bar box cover, back-up of backpack, EVA ice bag, eva writing case, glass box, EVA camera bag, EVA CD box, EVA cell phone coat, EVA sports appliance, EVA toy, and EVA mask, etc.
