Product Description:-
White spirit is flammable colorless liquid, immiscible in water. It has a high boiling point and medium evaporation. It must be kept away from heat, naked flames and sparks.
Applications:-
1. Stoddard type solvent meets the requirements of Dry cleaning, with a clean odor and quick drying characteristics. It does not harm fabrics and dyestuffs.
2. Wax Pastes and Polishes – are used as solvent carriers for oil soluble waxes, resins and gums
3. Textile Printing – Solvent is satisfactory for preparing textile printing inks.
4. Leather Degreasing – Standard degreasing solvent for raw or pickled skin prior to tanning.
5. Paint, Varnishes and Enamels – Used as a thinner for oleaginous and most alkyd base coatings. It gives good brushing, flowing and leveling properties to the film.
6. Metal and Maritime Degreasing – Readily removes oil and grease from metal surfaces and printing type.
