For the SX_60 Machine, the speed is 60units one minute. The External Spring Diameter is D65—D75MM , D70—D80MM, D80—D90MM. The Spring Height can be divided into three types. That is short, standard and long. Short includes 4Turns(D100--D120MM), 5Turns(D135—D150MM), 7Turns(D170—D180MM). Standard means 6 Turns (D150__D160MM) and Long means 6 Turns (D165__D175MM). The steel wire diameter is D2.0—D2.4. The spring turns is 4---7turns.
The Main Drive Power is 4KVA. The Swift Frame Power is 2.2KVA. And the Heat Treatment is 10KVA. It has a nice structure which keeps a stable and safe productivity. It is also very in adjusting. It is really the economic machine for all mattress factories.

The External Spring Diameter can be divided into four forms. 68MM Jaws: D65—D70MM. 78MMJaws: D70—D75MM. 88MMJaws: D75—D82MM. 98MMJaws: D82—D90MM. The Spring Height is 80—180MM. The Total Power is 3 KVA? It is a machine for assembling mattress springs. It can assemble upper and lower springs at the same time operated only by one person. Meanwhile it can also tight the helical wire in both side and push the end spring bed out automatically when it is finished. The technical parameters such as rolls can be set in computer.
