We are Offering to sell FRP Roofing Sheet Making Machine.
Machine specification:
1. For the continuous production of flat and corrugated FRP/GRP sheeting.
2. Projected width of sheet when flat: 1600 mm maximum.
3. Maximum of depth of profile: 130 mm.
4. Speed of production: up to 4 meters per minute at 1.0 mm thickness.
5. Thickness ranges: flat sheet 0.7 to 3.0 mm , corrugated sheet 0.7 to 3.0 mm
6. Power requirements: the machine doesn’t exceed 28.94 kw per hour with electricity or 6 liters per hour with diesel oil
7. It can cut automatically to the required length with exact dimension.
It can able to design machine for the production of high quality corrugated sheeting in addition to flat sheeting .Options available include:
1. Gel coat facility
2. Roving cutter for chopping roving on line.
3. Apparatus of reducing static electricity
4. Film rewinding system in the machine for upper and lower films
5. Hob cutting
6. The machine can produce FRP flat sheet at the end keep it in a roll
Raw materials used in the production of FRP sheeting
1. Polyester film
2. Unsaturated polyester resin
3. Fiberglass-----chopped strand mat or assembled roving
4. Catalyst, accelerator and curing agent
5. Dyes and pigment if you need colored
