Jiangsu Jiwa Rintech Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiwa Bio-Pharm Holdings Limited, a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board (2327). We dedicate to the research, development and production of sophisticated active pharmaceutical ingredients which comply with FDA requirements. We are one of the largest manufacturers of Citalopram Hydrobromide in China.
With a first phase investment of RMB 55 million, Jiwa Rintech is established at the Chengchang Industrial Park of Jiangyin City, covering an area of 43,900 Square Meter. The system of Environment, Health and Safety has been evaluated and approved by U.S. technical professionals and the Jiangsu Pharmaceutical Control Association in 2005.
Jiwa Rintech has obtained GMP certification in 2005. At present, our products include: Citalopram HBr, Cefpirome, Cefepime and Risperidone, while some of the DMFs have already been filed to the FDA. Over 70 percent of our products will be exported to developed countries, including US and the European Community. Our target is to reach sales revenue of USD 80 million by 2010.
Jiwa Rintech has a strong team for research, manufacturing and the management of APIs. We have set up formal structure with production, R& D, QA, QC, engineering, administration, HR and finance departments. Over 44 percent of our employees are degree holders or with postgraduate qualifications.
