We ensure standardization of threads, lock nuts, key ways, bearings and shaft diameters and pitch circle diameters. The relevant tolerance levels such as sliding, tight, interference fits are incorporated for comfort assembly and dismantling. Positive torque transmission is ensured with minimum power loss, this by the means of positive locking of connecting components. The inlet and outlet angles in the vanes are designed to obtain maximum kinetic efficiency. Our strength lies in designing multidimensional impellers, which are more competent compared to other normal impellers. Our volutes are designed to offer surge free pressure development with out any cavitations and also variation pressure spots. Factor of safety 1.50 is considered in load bearing points. We also design pelton type, francis type, mixed flow type, axial type, impellers and many other types.
