White Fused Aluminium Oxide
White fused aluminum oxide is electrically fused in the furnace with high-grade alumina powder as raw materials. It has higher hardness and slightly lower toughness than brown fused aluminum oxide, characterized by its high purity, strong grinding ability. Abrasives tools made of it are suitable for grinding high-speed steel, etc. It also can used as materials for grinding and polishing precision-casting, spraying and coating, medium body for chemical industry, special ceramics and high-grade refractory materials ,etc.
Brown Fused Aluminium Oxide
Brown fused alumina is fused and crystallized under high temperature from a mixture of bauxite and other raw material. It is characterized by its high hardness, good toughness and sharp sharpen size. Abrasives tools made of it are suitable for grinding metals of high-tensile strength such as carbon steel, general-purpose alloy steel, annealed malleable iron and hard bronze, etc. It also can be used as refractory materials.
Black Aluminium Oxide Abrasive
Black aluminum oxide abrasive (Lower Aluminum Oxide Abrasive) is a new type abrasive material for polishing various metal works. It is electrical fused in an arc furnace from aluminum oxide as raw material. Black aluminum oxide abrasive is featured with high hardness, strong tenacity, good self-sharpening, better cohesiveness, higher durability ,less heat generated in grinding and give the metal works high finish, less power weakened. It is mostly used in grinding and polishing stainless steel, metal works, optical glass, bamboo or articles. And it is also the new grinding material of producing colophony grinding wheels, slice and emery cloth.
