Established:-
M/S Kittu Exports an ISO certified weaving unit was established in the year 2004 with a vision to exclusively cater the self dobby designed solid bleached/ dyed Table Linen. It’s an associated company of Bks Textiles Pvt Ltd (Family Concern).
Location:-
Kittu Exports is located in a vast area of around 25 acres within the corporation limit of Salem with good connectivity to Bangalore and Coimbatore. It has got a built up area of about 20,000sqft for its weaving shed. Office building is around 1000 sqft. Vast land is available for further expansions.
Infrastructure:-
Kittu Exports has installed 24 sulzer projectile P7100 model looms equipped with electronic dobby. Eighteen shaft capacity enables to weave any exclusive design .Four colour dobby helps to weave wide range of yarn dyed fabrics. Loom width 360 cm.
Ware house is equipped with modern inspection and folding machine for inspecting the fabrics. Kittu Exports has got good association with the process house. It’s parent unit has got state-of-the-art stitching unit with 120 Juki machines. .Designing soft ware is installed to develop new designs.
Product:-
Our product range includes mainly dobby designed Table Linen, Napkins, Bed Linen & Duvets. Our few exclusive designs are Satin Band, Momie & Pique. Egyptian cotton & Organic cotton Bed Linens are also manufactured.
Technical Team:-
Well qualified technical team with vast experience in this field is engaged here. Technicians are trained by Sulzer team. Quality is taken utmost care right from the yarn till Made-ups. Yarn parameters are thoroughly checked.
Production Capacity:-
Kittu Exports has a production capacity of about 2,00,000 mts of Narrow width fabrics per month.
Management:-
Mr.Vel Krishna an enthusiastic and energetic young man is directly involved in the marketing .He has got an experience of working at Bks Textiles Pvt Ltd. He has participated in many fairs in and out of India such as Evteks Fair at Turkey, New-York Home Fashion Show at New York, Technical Textile Fair at Frankfurt and Heimtextil India at Mumbai.
Mrs.Sangeetha, wife of Mr.Vel Krishna, is a B-Tech textile graduate actively involved in the production and administration of the company.

Kittu Exports is in the process of setting up a processing unit .Other expansion program includes additional Jacquard looms.
