Anti-friction compounds are chemical preparations based on polymers, inorganic compounds and special ingredients that have certain properties that are missing in petroleum/ ordinary lubricants and greases. These products are manufactured to provide special features such as high temperature (1600C), high load, high wear resistance to components and machinery operating under extreme conditions.
King® Non Melt High Temperature Compound- King® Non Melt High Temperature Compound is a high performance, high temperature resistant prepared on synthetic oil and solid lubricants. This compound does not melt or run off at temperatures up to 300°C. It is highly resistant to water wash out and will not emulsify with water. It is appropriate where greases melt due to high temperature. It is also ideal for highly loaded and slow moving parts such as conveyors for stove enameling ovens, drying plants etc.

King® Silicone Compounds- King® Silicone Compounds are versatile lubricating preparations possessing unique characteristics. Silicone compounds are non-carbonizing, oxidation resistant, non-solidifying, bleed and drip resistant, mild acid and alkali resistant, moisture resistant and are serviceable over a wide temperature range from 40°C to 220°C. These are non-toxic in nature. These compounds are used as mould release agents for plastics, rubber and even metal castings, weatherproofing, corrosion protection, insulation and moisture barrier applications in electronics.

King® Contact Compounds- King® Contact Compounds are soft, buttery preparations based on synthetic oils. They are applied on electrical and electronic contacts of switches, tuners, and potentiometers etc that are usually made of copper, silver and brass. Contact compounds are applied on contacts of mechanical TV tuners, switches of all types used in the automobile industry, potentiometers, relays, rotary switches, toggle switches used in electronic equipment etc.
