As a part of our Polymer Division, we have been appointed for distribution of Advance Elastomer Systems (USA) who are world approved manufacturer of Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR), such as Santoprene® ,Vyram.
These TPR’s are used in a wide range of applications in various segments such as Appliances like Automotive Rubber components, Soft and Durable Handle Grips of Tools, Washing M/c.,Air conditioning, Refrigerator parts,. Consumer Electronics like Video, T.V., Mobile parts, Electrical (Cable and Switches), Medical. We have the grades used to manufacture cable and connectors for various application. Rubber cables are replaced by these TPRs and are used worldwide. All types of control cables, submersible cable, auto cables, industrial cables are made with these TPRs. TPRs give following properties-
Broad range of use temperatures ( -35 to +135 deg C)
Excellent compression set for superior sealability I.e. Long term use stability
Good weather, chemical, fluid, water reresistance
Repeatedly Recyclable I.e. No wastage of material
Abrasion/tear resistant
Good electrical resistance properties
This material is ready to use and no mixing is required and can be processed on conventional plastic extrusion/injection moulding machine. The material is in grannules form with natural and black colour in different hardnesses ranging from 35 Sh deg A to 50 Sh deg D.
