Conceptual Design
We further prepare for client meeting, preliminary plans and design concepts that are appropriate and describe the characters, functions and aesthetics of a project.
Design Development
We develop designs and take final design recommendations for space planning & furnishing arrangements; wall, window, floor & ceiling treatments; furnishings, fixtures & millworks; colours, finishes & hardware and lighting, electrical & communications requirements. We decide on the accessories and graphic/signage programs suiting your budget. We also do presentation media that comprise drawings, sketches, perspectives, renderings, colours, material boards, photographs and models.
Contract Documents
Next level, we work in association with professional services of expert consultants and licensed practitioners in the technical areas of mechanical, electrical and load-bearing design as required by professional practice or regulatory approval.
Contract Administration
We manage the entire contract documentation as the client's agent.
Confirm that required permits are obtained.
Review and approve shop drawings and samples to assure they are consistent with design concepts.
Conduct on-site visits and field inspections.
Monitors contractors and suppliers progress.
Oversee on their clients' behalf the installation of furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
Prepare lists of deficiencies for the client's use.
Evaluation
Lastly, we assess and evaluate the execution of projects.
