The firm originally started in the year 1988 as a sole – proprietary concern, ably guided by PARVEZ AHMED who has a long-standing experience in the field of leather industry.
In the year 1999 the firm went into partnership and Ms. Shabana Parween, wife of Mr. Parvez Ahmed was inducted as partner. Last but not the least by viewing the increase in the business volume over the years and for further development MD. SHAKIR PARVEZ son of Mr. Parvez Ahmed was inducted as working partner in the year 2004.
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as the largest group of tanners in the eastern region of India trading in the title of TIGER TANNERY (our mother tannery); Mr. Parvez Ahmed is also one of the senior partner of the mother concern. Moreover we have our own tannery and manufacturing unit producing quality gloving leather and industrial safety gloves in the name of LABBAIK INTERNATIONAL. To keep up with the popular demands of its fine leather LABBAIK EXIM PRIVATE LIMITED (a subsidiary concern of LABBAIK INTERNATIONAL) was opened. Most importantly our leather is fulfilling the EN norms. The Sr. Managing Partner MR. PARVEZ AHMED, operations commenced on a modest scale and are today a tannery spread out on 7000 sq. mt. of land in CALCUTTA LEATHER COMPLEX, with a capacity of 30,000 sq. ft. per day.
OPERATIONS
During the initial years, the unit was engaged in manufacturing tanned leather and selling them in local markets. Subsequently the unit went on to producing industrial safety products e.g. leather gloves, aprons, trousers & jackets. Considering the great potential of these items in international market, the unit decided to enter export market from 1st April 2001 and till date, it has exported industrial leather hand gloves and other safety products to countries like Germany, Italy, Spain and Australia. We are very much assured about our quality and workmanship. We have CE CERTIFICATION from C T C, FRANCE. We are awarded by COUNCIL FOR LEATHER EXPORTS for our export performance in the year 2001-2002. We are now a part and assigned by D & B Information Service India Pvt. Ltd.
We being member of FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATION (set up by Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India), INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION (A Govt. of India Enterprise), INDO-GERMAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, THE INDO-ITALIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY.
The fabrication unit, which is absolutely modern, is again manned by LABBAIK professionalism. Highly skilled workers in the manufacturing department are turning out leather products to exact specifications & needs of the buyers. The repeat export orders are proof of the excellent quality products and the company’s capability of sending consignments on time has earned LABBAIK INTERNATIONAL eager buyers. The turnover in the last year has been much beyond expectations and is showing signs of a steady growth. Leather finishes basically used are split and chrome. Styles are Canadian Drivers Welders Gloves, Aprons & Jackets Leg/Arm Guards, etc.

The texture, quality and finish has been widely acclaimed and approved by buyers, globally. With the years, as volume of products have been rising, new processing technology has been imbibed in the company culture. FUTURE OUTLOOK
Our Exporting capacity at present is five containers per month. The company intends to increase the volume of production with the input of latest machines and latest technological know-how. LABBAIK INTERNATIONAL is keeping pace with the global market and will keep on giving the consumers leather gloves with the qualities of style, perfection, strength & toughness.
