| Description: |
Multi band conveyor dryers are suitable for drying various agricultural and industrial wet solid materials continuously. This dryer has 1, 3 or 5 conveyors, made out of stainless steel perforated sheet slats. During the drying process, the wet materials are conveyed from one conveyor to the other conveyor below it, making the drying very consistent and rapid. The speed of the conveyors is controlled with the variable speed drive and reduction gearbox provided. The heating can be indirect or direct with automatic industrial burners, steam radiators etc. This dryers are used for drying grated coconuts to DC, drying sliced vegetables and fruits and for making VCO.
