Neesa Infrastructure India Private Limited (NIIPL) was set up in the year 2003 and started its operation in the year 2005 itself.
NIIPL is concentrating on production of High Quality Ingots, High Quality Casting ranging from 1 Kg. to 5000 Kgs. The unit has a Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnace with an annual capacity of 22,000 M.T. along with semi-mechanised foundry supported by well Equipped Development, Processing and Quality Control Department.
We are manufacturing Steel Ingots along with CI, MS, SG and SS Castings specializing in Automotive, railways and Heavy & Light Engineering Casting components.
The company is well equipped to produce high quality Ingots and Casting.
The manufacturing facilities consist of the following machines:
. One Six Tons Medium Frequency Induction Furnace.
. Three Medium Frequency Induction Furnaces ranging from 100 Kg to
1000 Kgs fully dedicated to casting section.
The green sand requirement is sufficed by a semi mechanized Sand Handling System, which includes intensive sand mixture.
For Development & Processing the foundry is well supported by Pattern Shop, Fettling & Grinding Shop, Heat Treatment Shop with Electrical Bell and Pit Cycle Annealing Furnaces.
For proper Process & Quality Control all desired tests are carried out in well equipped Chemical, Physical & Metallographic Laboratories.
