We are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the leading & growing pharmaceuticals company in northern India with facilities at Dehradun, capital of Uttranchal State. The company is professionally managed and registered under the Company’s Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi& Haryana. The company was started in 1987 with a small manufacturing base at Kundli, Haryana on the outskirts of Delhi. The plot area is 1000 sq yards & total built up area is approx 15000 sq ft on ground, first & second floor. The company achieved almost 100% capacity utilization 2 yrs back and was in the look out for a locationally good area with tax holiday but near to Delhi. It finally identified Dehradun, the capital of Uttranchal State.
We bought approx 2 acres and in state of the art & beautifully developed Sara Industrial Estate, Rampur, Dehradun in Mar’05 and commenced commercial production in Apr’06. Company is manufacturing wide range of pharmaceutical formulations in capsules, tablets, oral liquid, & ointments presently over a total built up area of about 50,000 sq ft. The plant is designed with latest state-of-art technology and ultra modern machinery. Our products are well accepted and appreciated by medical profession across the country. Various institutions of repute, like Directorate Health Services of different states, DGHS, NDMC, ESI, Punjab, Tripura and J & K Govts have patronized our products. We have different, marketing divisions viz. GENERIC / EXPORTS / INSTITUTIONAL and also being marketed under (ADOC / DAZZLE) by expert professionals through a network of Distributors/Stockiest all over country. Besides it, company is manufacturing on loan license basis and on job work basis also. We have on our list good & reputed marketing companies since last so many years who are now enjoying the excise & sales tax benefits without additional cost.
The plant has an installed capacity of viz:
1. Tablets - 600 million
2. Capsules - 90 million
3. Dry Syrups - 4 million
4. Ointments - 4 million
5. Liquid - 14 million
The plant is built up over half of the land purchased with ample scope of expansion for enhancing production capacities in the existing building. The plant is built up as per the guidelines of GMP / WHO / UKMCA. The company is in the process of acquiring accredition from these agencies very soon. We plan to set up second plant on the vacant plot area starting in the month of Jul’06. The Betalactum (Capsules & Dry Powder),
Injections repacking and Auryuvedic formulations are to be installed in the new plant. The company is committed to start commercial production in the new plant before March 2007. RHYDBURG shall thereafter be able to cater all the market requirements under one roof.
