We are an approved source for Cold Drawn Cylinder Bore Tubes (SSID) to M/s Munjal Showa, M/s Endurance, M/s Gabriel India Ltd. Moreover, we are serving to all major ancillaries to M/s Hero Honda, M/s Maruti Udyog, M/s Honda Scooters, M/s Yamaha and M/s Bajaj Auto.
We are producing 800 MT per month of cold drawn tube and ramping up our capacity to 1500 MT per month to meet future requirement. Also to integrate our operations, we are in process of commissioning two tube mills for manufacturing of ERW Tubes. The installed capacity of these tube mills will be 3000 Tons /month and will be operational by june-06. And then we will be able to supply both annealed & unannealed tubes.
Our strength is to produce small sample lot quickly and giving service with respect to prompt delivery, immediate response together with adhering 100% schedule with utmost satisfaction in quality aspects.
We are also producing Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes upto 90.0 mm OD and 6.5 mm Thk. A catalogue of our company along with other annexure regarding manufacturing and testing facilities and enclosed for ready reference.
