Description:
1. In each group there will be 100 members.
2. Duration of the scheme of each group will be of 20 months.
3. Each member has to pay Rs. 200/- every month.
4. Members have to pay their installments on or before the 7th of every month.
5. Draw will be taken out every month on second Monday in the presence of members.
6. The winner in the draw will be given gold jewellery worth Rs. 4000/-
7. The name of the winner will be eliminated from the group and he/she will not be enitled for the subsequent draws. He/she need not pay further installments either. But he/she can join the next new group.
8. The members who fail to pay the installments will not be eligible to participate in the draw.
9. The member who does not pay the installments continuously his/her name will be dropped from the group. The installments already paid by him/her will be refunded after the final draw in the form of silver or gold jewellery after deducting 2 months installments to meet the initial expenditure.
10. Those members who have not won till the final draw, will be given Gold Jewel worth Rs. 4200/-
11. The organizer will have the absolute right to change, alter or revise the rules & regulations or cancel this scheme altogether.
12. The decision of the organizer of the scheme will be final and binding on all the members.
