The machine is mainly used for the die-cutting, creasing, foil stamping and hot or cold press of paper cartons, paper boxes and trademarks with the features of easy operation, high reliability, high pressure and high precision.
·PLC controlled die-cutting, fully automatic foil stamping controlled by touchable display industrial computer.
·Foil feeding is controlled by servomotor imported from USA with high stamping precision.
·Saving aluminium foil by automatic optimizing of leapfrog by simply inputting few data of foil stamping patterns.
·Temperatures of twelve heating areas can be set and fixed independently.
·Papers above 80 g/m2 can be pressed and foil stamped at one time.
·Aluminium foil roles of No.1and No.3 are applicable, max. diameter up to 210mm,foil length up to 1800mm.
·Automatic-adjusting system ensures no wrong foil stamping.
·Air-blowing system ensures large area stamping.
