Our company was started in August 2004, with one Laser Engineering Machine and 2 staff members. Later we developed our operations with CNC Router Machines in Jan 2005, for engraving all kinds of materials. Now we have grown, and have 2 machines for Laser Engineering, 1 machine for CNC Router Engineering and 1 machine for printing hard materials with 10 staff members and an area of 1000 sq feet. Our main business is engraving wood, marble, pens, acrylic-awards, aluminium and other metals. Now our target is to increase our machines to 10 in number with 25 staff members.
------INFRASTRUCTURE------
We are a manufacturer of Engraved Wood and Glass Products using rotary & laser engraving systems. Co2 laser engraving systems are also used. Ranges include 12 inches x 12 inches, 24 inches x 12 inches & 24 inches x 24 inches with a maximum speed of 79 in/s. Cutters include carbide cutters & diamond cutters. We have an adjustable rotation speed ranging from 13,000 to 20,000 rpm for machining. Materials include metals & plastics. Our products include engraved gifts, indoor materials, outdoor materials, frames & accessories such as doorplates, awards, badges, tags, tapes, & ornamental plates.
