Badshah Oriental Carpets started making carpets of rare designs with unbelievable colour combinations in the early 19th century, which have till now won a name for us in every nook and corner of the world. We have also the privilege of having served many historical personalities of the worked and re in possession of some rare collections of carpets famous all the worked over. In addition we have a large cottage industry with about 8000 families working for us, manufacturing exquisite handicrafts Shahtoosh shawls as also Jamawars, which have a name all over the world, and also pashmina, derived from sheep in Ladakh, are our principal concern and the needle embroidery work on these shawls in something worth looking at.
