NATURE OF WORK
We are specialized ourselves in repair & testing of POWER SUPPLIES OF PCs, SERVERS, WORKSTATIONS, TERMINALS, LAPTOPS, HUBS, MODEMS, BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENTS AND PRINTERS, Network Equipments and process automation products.
QUALITY POLICY
We commit to maintain total customer satisfaction by repairing any type of “Switch Mode Power Supplies” and other power related products at the time committed with maximum yield rate, by continually improving our processes, infrastructure and Technical Capabilities.
INFRASTRUCTURE & FACILITY AVAILABLE
• We have an work place of about 5000 sq.ft with 25 HP power.
• We have a complete range of automatic test system for SMPS, which can test all parameters of SMPS including voltage, current, for both line and load regulation and ripple measurements.
• We have a computerized Automatic Burn-In test system for different wattage like 70w, 145w, 200w, and 300w. All the Power supplies are tested for full load in Burn-In chamber.
• We have inventory management software(ERP), which is used to capture information about customer products like manufacturer Model Number, Serial Number, Customer Part Number and other references. This software also enables us online for very efficient traceability of items serviced.
• We have the entire test jigs , fixtures and loads required for the repair of different kinds of power supplies.
• We have Eight digital Multimeters, two of them are FLUKE, remaining are YOKOGAWA.
• We are equipped with six AUTOTRANSFORMERS (Dimmerstat) for varying the AC input voltage from 0-270 volts with each 8 AMPS capacity.
• We have regulated DC power supplies voltage ranging from 0-30 volts at 3 Amps current for checking the circuit at off line condition.
• We have High Voltage breakdown tester (HI-POT TEST) having a voltage capacity of 3KV and current capacity till 30 milliamps. All power supplies tested for high voltage and observed for the leakage current within internationally specified limits..
• We have a high voltage Insulation Tester with range of 500V/1000MEGA OHMS.
• All the equipments are calibrated at renowned sources whose certificates are traceable to National Standards.
• We have 9 PCs, 1 Server & 1 Laptop with latest configuration.
• In case of raw power failure to the computers & other memory devices, we have a UPS of capacity 2KV which can run 10 computers and 2 printers .
• In case of raw power failure to the repair, testing & lighting we have a standby inverter capacity of 3.0KV.
• All the customer items is covered under insurance vide policy number 2007/76, worth of Rs.10,00,000/- (US $ 20,000) & almost all expensive plant equipments is also covered under insurance vide policy number 2007/14, worth of Rs.6,00,000/-(US $ 12,500).
COMPONENTS
• 70 to 80% of the components from renowned local purchase.
• 20 to 30% of the components will be imported.
• Company is already having import export license for importing electronic components.
• Anodizing process for the chassis is outsourced & high quality maintained if required .
PLANT CAPACITY
• Currently we service on an average 6000 SMPS. on monthly basis.
• However we have the capacity to service 7500 S.M.P.S. based on the S.L.T (Service Lead Time).
• We are highly flexible to adapt ourselves for any volumes supplied by customers by enhancing our existing infrastructure & resources.
EXCLUSIVE SETUP
In case customer requires an exclusive setup for their repair activities we are highly flexible to make a separate setup based on the volume.

• 80% of the POWER SUPPLIES will be repaired within one day.
• The remaining defective will be repaired within two days, depending upon availability of components.
