The company is equipped with complete in-house R&D & has a sound production base with ISO Certifications for manufacturing of wide range of Protective Packaging material. The company has been supplying Specialty VCI Products to major European Auto & Engineering companies since 1994.
The product ranges from VCI paper, film, stretch film, oil, powders, tablets, emitters, desiccants etc catering to various metal based industries and protecting all kind and shapes of metal.
In 1998, the Company commissioned a State of the Art Wide width Conversion line for the purpose of processing seamless Wide Width wrappers upto 3000 mm. The coating line is supplemented with 3 colours printing in width of 3000 mm and can laminate Polyester/OPP on the top of Paper, with or without reinforcements. Such a versatile facility is probably un-paralleled globally.
Unlike traditional wrappers, which provide only certain amount of physical strength & barrier properties, Safepack Metalwraps provide a two-pronged protection:
a) Physical protection with a cost-effective, optimal, mechanical structure.
b) Superior VCI (Volatile/Vapor Phase Corrosion Inhibitors) chemical protection developed with focused research.
The all-under-one-roof Metalwrap plant supplemented by focused customer oriented R & D enables quick, efficient, enduring and cost-effective packaging for various metal industries like steel, galvanised, aluminium, tin, etc.
In 2006, the company has expanded by buying 4 Extrusion coating & laminating lines from Europe & has one of the most comprehensive extrusion capabilities of such a kind in this part of the world. Various Packaging applications for Food / Pharma / Health & Hygiene / Cosmetic / Building / Industrial & many more could be catered from these wide capacities.
