| Description: |
VK Jelly ( Gel / Paste form ) is used to clean Stainless Steel / Inox weld seams and surrounding areas. It is applied with brush. It is used to remove heavy scales, discoloration, annealing colors, rust particles near weld and welding affected area by heat. It helps to detect pinholes after welding.
VK Jelly does not give Black or Yellow marks on surface after washing with water. VK Jelly does not necessarily require separate Passivation chemical process to be done.
Area coverage = 100 meter of weld seam area / kg
Besides VK Jelly, NOVEL manufactures other chemical products under VK brand. It includes VK Spray , VK Dip , VK Pass - 1 , VK Pass - 2 etc.
VK chemicals for `Fumeless' Pickling & Passivation of Stainless Steel are tested & approved by IIT Bombay under ASTM A380 Standards.
