ActionAid India is a global development body fighting for the rights of the poor and marginalised for over 32 years. In India we've been working for 30 years with 300 NGO's to address the problems faced by some of the most marginalised and vulnerable communities, like the Sex Workers, the HIV Positive, Urban Homeless, Disabled, Street Children, Riot Victims, Dispossessed Tribals, Dalits and Manual Scavengers. We not only work to help them meet their day to day susistence requirements but also fight for their rights to social justice. In the last one year we have concentrated in generating indigenous resources and have over 1000 Donors who are supporting us in our endevour to build a more just society.
