I forgot my Member's ID and/or Password.

Click on Forgot Password . Enter the E-mail ID that you had provided at the time of registration and you will shortly receive an email with your User Name and Password.

Why am I not being able to Sign in?

Make sure you have entered Member ID and Password correctly. If you do not remember your correct Member ID and Password, click Forgot Password and enter the E-mail ID that you had provided at the time of registration and you will shortly receive an email with your User Name and Password. Cookies are not enabled.

I want to change my Password.

To change your password, please take the following steps:

  • Sign in at Tradeget.
  • Click " Update Profile " and click on " Change Password " link.
  • Enter the changed password in " Current Password " and then enter and re-enter the same new password.
  • Submit.
  • You will receive a changed password confirmation mail on your email id.

My member ID and Password are correct but still I'm not able to Sign in?

  • Check your spellings of the User Name and Password, which you may be spelling them wrongly.
  • Check if your keyboard Caps Lock is on.
  • If you have forgotten your password use "Forgot Password " option to receive a new password.

How to get my Company Listed?

Company listing on Tradeget is absolutely easy, please follow the below steps:

  • Click on "Join Now " from any page on top right.
  • Select your member ID and Password and fill up the whole form.
  • After submitting the form you will receive a notification mail to activate your account.
  • Activate your account and start putting your company details like contact information, company profile, product description, image etc. to create your Product Catalog.
  • It may take up to 24 hours to list your company. You will receive an e-mail notification from our Approval System once your company is listed.

Please note that you company may not be free listed if we find details submitted by you are wrong. Kindly make sure that you enter most updated and correct information.

I am still waiting for my company to be listed

It generally takes up to 24 hours in listing a company in Tradeget directory. If your company is still not listed it may be due to one of the following reason:

  • Email ID is wrong
  • Contact details is incomplete or found incorrect
  • Company details is incomplete or found incorrect
  • Business description provided is not enough to list your company.

How to send multiple Inquiries to Suppliers for Products/Services?

  • Select the check box beside each product or supplier you are interested in.
  • Click Button
  • When you are ready to make your inquiry, Go To located at the top-right corner of each page.
  • Review your selection and click Inquire Now button.
  • Complete the inquiry form and submit.

Your Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart, thus offering buyers greater convenience. You can add up to 15 items in your Inquiry Basket. The items in your Inquiry Basket will remain active only if you keep at least one Tradeget page open. Please send your inquiries before you exit from the Tradeget website.

Why can't I find my Trade Offers after posting them?

All Trade Offers posted on Tradeget are checked for content and accuracy by the Approval System, which can take up to 24 hours.

  • The Approval System will:
  • Either publishes your Trade Offer posted by you.
  • Or reject the Trade Offer with a notification mail sent to you.
  • You can post your offer again with modification as suggested.

Can I view immediately my new Dynamic Content Pages after posting?

No, you cannot immediately view the Dynamic Content Pages you have posted, as that information will go through by the Approval System.

Tradeget will publish the information after going through an approval process by Approval System.

What can I do about a Cookie Error?

If a cookie error occurs, you can take the following steps to resolve it:

  • Internet Explorer 6.0 - Click "Tool/Internet Options"; Click "Delete Cookies" & "Delete Files"; Click "Security," and set as "Default"; click "Privacy," and set as "Medium."
  • Internet Explorer 5 - Click "Tool/Internet Options"; Click "Security"; Click "Internet zone." Select a security level other than "High." Or click "Custom Level," scroll to "Cookies," and then click "Enable" for both cookie options.
  • Internet Explorer 4.x - Click "View," and then "Internet Options." Click "Advanced." Scroll to "Security." Under "Cookies," click "Always accept cookies."
  • Netscape Communicator 4.X - Click "Edit," and then "Preferences." Click "Advanced." Check "Accept All Cookies."

If you are still unable to solve this problem, please locate the directory where your system is installed, e.g., "C: Windows." Then go to the sub-directory "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files." Then delete all files named "Cookies."

Please reset your computer once you have finished.
