We manufacture and export Mobile Hot Mix Plant under the brand name of
PRIMAX
, which is separate drying & mixing system. It is mounted on a chassis fabricated of roller steel sections with single rigid axle or double axle with pneumatic tyres fitted with drawbar turntable to easy towing. Our company offers a cold bucket elevator for feeding cold, which aggregates to the drum. There is a larger diameter storage ring of the discharge end of the dryer drum for holding hot aggregates. The drum runs on 4 nos. of cast iron rollers with bearings. Mixing unit is a twin shaft pugrnill and heavy-duty paddle arms and tips. The dryer is driven through reduction gear and chain drives. A bitumen boiler along with an efficient dust collector is provided. The plant is fitted with adequate rated diesel engine. Toolbox, Jack is provided. These Hot Mix Plants are generally used in civil construction industry and available at very economical prices.
