Description:
We manufacture and supply durable and the best performing Electro-Magnets, which are used for separating Iron/Ferrous particles from any material within its range. Our range of Electro Magnets has been manufactured supplied to several thermal power stations (NTPC, PSEB) and chemical, food (for sugar purification), ceramic, silica, quartz, glass chips and glass raw material industries. The different types of electro-magnets we manufacture are listed below:
Suspension Magnet (Oil cooled and Air cooled):
Our Suspension Magnet is used to remove iron/ferrous particles from any material moving over a conveyer belt. It is suspended over a belt conveyer. Once deployed, this magnet needs no maintenance as it is free of any moving parts. Suspension Magnet offered by us comes with a custom designed control panel. More than 100 of our suspension magnets of various capacities are operational at different clients’ sites throughout India and abroad. Inline/Cross Belt Magnetic Separator:
Highly performing Inline/Cross Belt Magnetic Separator manufactured and supplier by us consists of a magnet with a belt conveyer around it. Functionally, it is the same as the suspension magnet except in this case the tramp iron/ ferrous particles are separated and simultaneously knocked off from the magnet and the conveyer line. Hence, it is also known as a Self cleaning magnet. No manpower is required during the operation of the magnet and after the magnet has been operated. This magnet can be floor mounted or suspended as per the requirements of the client.
More than 60 of our Inline/Cross Belt magnetic separators of various capacities are operational in various clients’ sites throughout the country.
Electro Magnetic Pulley:
We manufacture and supply better-quality Electro Magnet Pulleys, which are is used in the Belt Conveyer or as Magnetic Head Pulley of the conveyer system at discharge end. This equipment is ensures separation of ferrous material particularly from the bottom of the process material moving over the belt conveyer. Separation of Iron particles in this case will be very efficient as the Belt conveyer system gets flattened/opened when it comes near the pulley enabling the process material to get distributed all over the face of the pulley.
Magnetic Drum Machines:
A leading company, Magnetics Corporation of India manufactures and supplies Magnetic Drum Machines, which are used for removal of iron impurities from chemicals, food materials, ceramics, silica, quartz, glass chips and glass raw materials or any plant where conveyer belt is not available. It is a self contained unit. Any material fed to the hopper move down through a vibratory feeder with controlled feed rate. The material is fed to the Rotating Magnetic Drum with single, double or multiple stages. The magnetic drum produces a strong field at the front half of its circumference. In the process, the material free of iron particles will be collected at the front portion of the machine with natural fall. Tramp iron falls behind the drum as the other half of the drum is non-magnetic.
