These evaporators are available in two types:
- Semi Kestners Type: 350 to 5000m2 H.S.A
- Robert Type: 350 to 4000m2 H.S.A
Cane Unloader Trolley: Our Company manufactures and supplies Electrically Operated heavy-duty cane Unloader Trolleys (both 2 – motion and 3 – motion) complete structural, crane bridges with its mechanical and electrical fittings. These are available in various capacities such as 2 tons to 40 tons.
Vacuum Pans: A leading company offers Precision Engineered Vacuum Filters, which are primarily used in sugar industry for filtration of muddy juice. Our products are fabricated from quality raw materials in order to ensure durability that is always needed for carrying out continuous work at the sugar manufacturing unit. These vacuum filters are available in various diameters and length like:

Our company is the first in India to manufacture totally floating Calendria type 60 Ton Vacuum Pan with Central with peripheral down take to Kothari Sugars & Chemicals Ltd. We have supplied and commissioned 125 Ton Batch Pan for Sakthi Sugars Ltd. Juice Heaters: Our company, Aromen Engineering manufactures and supplies a wide range of Juice heaters like Dynamic Juice Heaters, Vapour Line Juice Heaters, Vertical Clear Juice Heaters, etc. These are available in following sizes, which ranging from 50 to 500 m2 H.S. These are used for heating of juice during the process. The covers and pass partitions are designed to give trouble free operations for life.

Vertical & Horizontal XLR
Crystallizer: We offer an extensive range of perfectly engineered crystallizers that are extensively used in the sugar industry. These are available in various capacities that ranging from 15 tons to 130 Tons. It also available in different types like Air cooled and Water cooled. These are manufactured to suite size as per the client's requirements; these crystallizers are provided with highly efficient planetary gear units to deliver peak performance.
Cane Feeding Tables: We offer Cane Feeding Tables, which are used in sugar industry for feeding sugarcane to cane carriers. These are available in different sizes such as 6m x 7m and 7m x 8m. Designed strictly in conformation with the latest requirements of modern sugar industry, our cane feeding tables deliver peak performance and give longer work life.
Steamless Sulphur Burner: Sulphur station in the sugar industry was found to be a part, where in energy could be conserved. Sulphur is used in the form of SO2 gas for purification of juice and also for bleaching the concentrated syrup to produce white sugar. The main cost centers in SO2 gas generation are quantity of sulphur and steam. Any new approach to eliminate steam demand in this area will directly and substantially decrease the recurring cost. The basic Concept of our project is to recover and re-use the heat energy liberated due to the burning of sulphur. This requires a very efficient and fail-safe heat transport agency, which can withstand extreme operational situations. Thermic fluid, a mineral oil with additives for oxidation resistance was found to have all the desirable properties for efficient heat transfer. Incorporation of thermic fluid system in sulphur stations eliminates the usage of steam and also the cooling water. |
