| We manufacture and export Mobile Hot Mix Plant under the brand name of PRIMAX, which is separate drying & mixing system. It is mounted on a chassis fabricated of roller steel sections with single rigid axle or double axle with pneumatic tyres fitted with drawbar turntable to easy towing. Our company offers a cold bucket elevator for feeding cold, which aggregates to the drum. There is a larger diameter storage ring of the discharge end of the dryer drum for holding hot aggregates. The drum runs on 4 nos. of cast iron rollers with bearings. Mixing unit is a twin shaft pugrnill and heavy-duty paddle arms and tips. The dryer is driven through reduction gear and chain drives. A bitumen boiler along with an efficient dust collector is provided. The plant is fitted with adequate rated diesel engine. Toolbox, Jack is provided.
